In September 2026, RE TECH showcased its proprietary RE-type Oxygen-Enriched Side-Blown Furnace (OSBF), along with a range of core equipment and integrated solutions, at a major European battery industry conference. The company demonstrated the technological expertise and engineering capabilities of Chinese enterprises in green lead recycling to industry professionals from around the world.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the recycling and resource recovery of waste lead-acid batteries, RE TECH exhibited under the theme “Innovating for a Greener Lead Recycling.” The company presented its independently developed RE-type Oxygen-Enriched Side-Blown Furnace (OSBF) and its Continuous Oxygen-Enriched Side-Blown Low-Temperature Smelting Technology for Secondary Lead Production, which has been included in China's Catalogue of Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment and received First Prize in the Science and Technology Awards of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry.
RE TECH also highlighted its comprehensive service capabilities spanning consulting, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracting.
The company's core technologies attracted considerable attention at the exhibition. RE TECH has designed more than 20 secondary lead recycling plants, with over 22 OSBF furnaces already in operation, and holds more than 90 patents related to oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting technology and equipment.
The technology achieves lead recovery rates of over 98.5%, while keeping lead content in the slag below 1.0%. Compared with traditional blast furnaces and short rotary furnaces, the OSBF offers significant advantages in production efficiency, operating costs, metal recovery rates, flue gas resource utilization, environmental performance, and automation.

Throughout the conference, RE TECH's exhibition booth attracted a steady stream of visitors. Customers, industry peers, and experts from Europe, Asia, and other regions visited the booth to explore potential technical and business collaborations.
RE TECH's technical team held in-depth discussions with visitors on oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting processes, equipment selection, and EPC project delivery. The team also provided detailed explanations of equipment operating principles, technical specifications, and application cases.
Many visitors expressed strong interest in RE TECH's technologies and equipment, with several indicating their intention to pursue further discussions on potential cooperation.
Representatives from a number of internationally recognized companies also made special visits to the RE TECH booth to discuss business opportunities. Following in-depth exchanges with the RE TECH team, they commended the company's engineering expertise and technological achievements in secondary lead smelting.
During the event, the RE TECH team also connected with customers and industry partners from around the world, strengthening existing relationships and expanding its international network. These interactions laid a solid foundation for future overseas business development and cooperation.

This international exhibition marked another important step in RE TECH's efforts to expand its global presence and deepen international cooperation.
Moving forward, RE TECH will continue to leverage its proprietary core technologies and extensive engineering experience, guided by its commitment to safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency.
The company is dedicated to providing global customers with integrated solutions for the clean and efficient utilization of secondary non-ferrous metal resources, contributing to the green and low-carbon transformation of the global lead industry.
